I need to know how you keep the silver color, silver. Is it not silver? I bought it and went right in my ring box never to be worn again

After days from the original date of delivery, cash refunds are no longer available, but we gladly work with customers if they would like to exchange the product for a different product or store credit However, to further rectify this situation, we will also refund your payment in full, in addition to providing the original ring agreed upon to keep, which is valued at $169.99.
