We wanted to let you know that Antlers RV campground finally paid us back! Thank you so much for your help! See below
Review: I made a reservation on Feb 6 2014 for a week starting June 24 at Antlers RV park. Due to family issues we had to cancel the reservation on April 28, 2014. We left a message with this info and were never called back. Since then I have called 7 times. I have gotten no return and no return calls. I have talked to a person and I am told the same thing every time. They are working on it and will call me back. I understand that I will not get my total deposit back ,of $110.00. Highway robbery! however that is what I signed up for. I am suppose to be getting back $55.00. I just called again 7/22/2014 and got the exact same answer that I have gotten on the last 6 times I have called. We are working on it. Please help! And if you are looking to camp in Antlers RV in Lakehead CA, whatever you do, don't cancel! Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like the return that is promised in their policy. I am not even asking for the entire $110.00. I am simply asking for what is owed to me from their cancellation policy and at the very least return my calls with some reasonable answers
