I am rejecting this response because: I was not asked to provide a letter of authorizationI would be more than happy to provide a letter authorizing the Revdex.com to receive information on my behalfThis is another tactic of this company to inappropriately report inaccuraciesDoes the company have a standard form to complete or will a simple signed letter of authorization will suffice? Please advise.

I am rejecting this response because:This information is not sensitiveIf I am the alleged victim and I bring challenge against any claim, bearing my name or likeness using my personal information and I agree to that information, it would not be sensitiveThis claim is not in regards to HIPPA or any medical claimThis dispute is in regards to this "third party company" alleging that I owe a debt that I do notI do not have a contract with this company and never held a contract with this companyI have not entered into any type of legally binding agreement with this companySo I am not sure what is "sensitive" about the alleged informationThis company has no legal authority to use my likeness or my name or my social security number for any purposes, that is due to the fact that they don't have a legally binding contract with meIn a letter I specifically asked for verification and validation of this debt showing legal authority to collect via an assignment of debt agreement signed by a notary public or some other Legal governing authorityI asked this because my likeness and my personal information is being used without my consentThis company by law, FDCPA to provide this information, being that they have not provided said information and have not responded with proper verification now going over days from my original ask, this company is in breach of FDCPA and should be fined per lawI will be escalating this concern to the FCPB to initiate and investigation and to seek damages if this is not resolved in a timely fashion according to the law we are bound to adhere to. out to us via the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) in relation to the concerns that you hold regarding the recent communication by Credit Corp Solutions, Inc.  (CCS) I’d like to preface our response by stating that it is our sincere preference to positively engage with complainants to resolve their disputes in a fair and practical way. The debt collection activities of CCS are regulated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) guidelines issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). CCS treats all allegations of misconduct with the utmost importance and we have reviewed our records in order to determine whether your case was handled appropriately.In your complaint, you have raised concerns in relation to a refusal to lower your monthly draft from $50 monthly down to $10 monthly. Please note that on March 16th 2016 at 10:56 AM CST, you spoke with one of our representatives. During this conversation, you consented via IVR to a payment of $10 for March 27th and $20 for April 10th to be processed. The agreement was mutual for a follow-up call after April 15th to reassess your hardship.
