On June 27th, while waiting for her next service in the lobby, *** mentioned she was unhappy with the pedicure*** a nail artist who has been with us for about years, rarely gets complaints if at all anyWhen *** told us about her
experience, *** our manager, handled the situation very wellShe apologized for the experience and told her we would not be charging her for her nails*** seemed extremely happy with that resultAfter she was finished with the rest of her services she again complainedThis time it was about her shampoo and style*** one of our senior GSRs, handled this situationFirst, she mentioned we only washed her hair onceWe only shampoo a guests hair one time as it is unnecessary to wash more than thatShe has very short hair which limits the styling capability but for short hair her style was totally fineShe then mentions in her complaint that she left in tearsWell, we have the video of her checking out and at no time was she cryingTo be honest, after watching the video of her checking out, where she claimed to be in tears, I am guessing that she is a customer that is very difficult to make happyFirst, she lied about crying because at no point does she cry which means that I do not believe her complaint is even validFor someone to flat out lie about what happened means this complaint is in my opinionShe had numerous guests around her at the time of checkout and not once did a guest look at her or the situation going on; which would have been very noticeable according to her description of how it went downUnfortunately, there are guests out there looking for services to be comped by businessesI believe there was nothing we would have been able to do with her to make her happyIf needed, I will post the video on our You Tube page and you are welcome to be the judge of her storyI've attached a picture of the video which shows her on the right checking out in the pink shirt with another guest at the same time next to herIt is grainy as the picture is from my phone as I took it of the video on our computerThe video we have, however, is very clear and shows her complaint is not according to her description of the eventWe pride ourselves in great customer serviceWe have been around for years and when a situation arises, we handle it above and beyond so the customer is happy
