I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

3rd party about the batteries, I was told they were recycled, but I was not informed the authorization to recycle was given by them. I am very thankful for [redacted] customer service policy, as it appears the 3rd parties actions caused the problem.

Review: I sent in my [redacted] Quad 2702 charger SN: [redacted] for service as it would no longer charge my batteries; [redacted] SN: 6[redacted]. I also brought my batteries to the service center outlet. The outlet told me what it would cost to fix my charger and I agreed. When my charger was returned, the batteries were missing. I inquired and was told the batteries were past their useful life and were destroyed. Whether the batteries were past their prime or not, they were my batteries and I had a right to decide what to do with them. Those batteries were still useful to me. I was still able to use them in my productions. Now, I do not have any batteries and can only run my camera off AC power. This is not right. I have tried to get a response from [redacted] about the destruction of my batteries that were still providing me benefits and were still my property. I have not received any replies.Desired Settlement: I would like my batteries returned to me in the same condition when received by the service outlet, so I can use them until they are no longer able to hold a charge. If this is not possible, I would like replacements.
