Review: HORRIBLE customer service. I call my case worker on a regular basis to find out the status of my claim, but shes always to busy to talk, so I leave a message, but she will not return my calls. I ask to talk to someone else & am told I can only talk to my case worker. This afternoon the receptionist put me on hold for over ten minutes, picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back within seconds and she said she tried to transfer the call to my case worker. I asked again to speak to my case worker and she said she was away from her desk and put me back on hold. After sixteen minutes, I hung up, called back and the office was closed.Desired Settlement: I am their client and they need to communicate with me, provide, at the very least, a monthly status on my claim, follow up and work with my company to settle my claim.
