Customers money has been credited back to his cardWe could not get ahold of customer to explain that we could not "mail" it back and that it needed to be credited back to his cardWe apologize if it created any issue for the customerAs a note, we do not have any person named "Tony" as a sales
manager at this locationSo we are not sure who he talked tooWe also did not change price, customer tried to re-negotiate deal at original delivery time
