I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseAmerican Power & Gas is the company that supplies the electricity but I was told by Atlantic Energy own workers Hasan and Cory who were in my business almost two weeks ago apologizing for not installing the energy bulbs that were promisedThe clean energy program they themselves stated was with Atlantic Energy I still have the boxes in my basementThey still have not gone to install them and promised to do soI am going to call *** ** and verify who exactly is being paid for this program but their workers came to my business promising to install them and to this day have notI have called Ashley a couple of times and her machine is full She should delete her messages so that customers are able to leave a message

My store is open from 600am to 230am everydayNo one has called my business to make an appt or speak regarding this matterI attached a bill from *** ** showing that I am billed every month for something that was not installed in my businessYes I have the bulbs at my property and they are in the boxes because no one has had the courtesy to come and installed themI am paying monthly for something that was never done in my businessIf you look at the bill where it states energy efficiency programs I am being charged for something that was never installed at my business

This customer called us on Mon, Nov **, at 2:PM to inquire about their account status On Mon, Nov **, at 2:PM, we called the customer back to inform them that this account was not enrolled because the customer did not agree on the fixed rate that was offered to
them If something has changed, and the customer would like to revisit this, kindly call ###-###-#### ask for Marie , and we can discuss options with them Respectfully, Sammy J***

Good Afternoon,We have investigated the matter and found that we did not bill *** ***We did reach out to *** *** to discuss the matter but we were unable to get in contact with him*** *** Cancelled service with us as well as accepted our merchandise which he still has in his business
We will continue to try and reach *** *** and assure him that he in fact has not been billed by us and see what he would like to do with our merchandise that is in his storeWe have attached the Contract, T & C's, Lighting Addendum, Lighting specification form and appointment authorization form as well as a signed invoice for the LED light bulbs that *** *** received for his business. Thank You

Good Morning,  We spoke with [redacted] and the issue has been resolved. [redacted] understands it was not Atlantic Energy billing the store and that it was  another energy company. [redacted] does acknowledge our merchandise in the store and she understands we have not been able to provide her with supply because AP&G has been her supplier. [redacted] said she is satisfied with the resolution and will call us back to possibly do business.  We deem this matter closed.  Thank You

[redacted] has signed: a Combined Sales Agreement for Variable Rate Electric Service, and A Letter of Authorization to enroll into Atlantic...

Energy Service in exchange for receiving LED Light Bulbs with no charge for the product or delivery,  [redacted] has signed a lease for LED Bulbs and an invoice for $ 0.00. At this point, Dazzle Cleaners has almost  $ 2,500 worth of our materials, and his electric supply account has been cancelled. To date [redacted] has not returned our goods.  We will be back on [redacted] again tomorrow.  In the event that [redacted] does not return our goods, we will pursue proper legal action and all remedies  available to us.
