noting wrong with Mr*** driveway itis a cosmetic issueThe driveway is not titHing apart or crumbling as the customer states.It is structurally safe and the chipping of concrete is a cosmetic issueThere is nothingwrong with what we did with the concrete and finished the concrete normallyWe ranshort of concrete at the end of driveway and the concrete that we picked up was oursecond load of concrete and got the concrete the same day from *** *** to completethe jobIt ended up being a darker shade then the rest ofthe drivewayThe concrete thatwe picked up from *** *** at the end of the driveway; there is no chipping on thatconcrete as stated by the *** in there statement Because one load of concretechipped and the other load of concrete did not, it is clear to see that the concrete that ischipping was a bad mix of concrete and had nothing to do with how Castelluccioconstruction laid the concrete drivewayThe concrete owner of *** *** concrete,Tom Bryan, had looked at the driveway and suggested to do a resurface on the driveway.We contacted Mr*** several of times and left voicemails to have him contact usback to discus his optionsAt that time we were in brief contact with his wife to set ameeting were we can discuss those options but it was difficult to find a time that bothparties were availableAt this point in time Mrs*** had stated that they did notwhat to proceed until they contact an attorney and things just fell through from thereMr.*** also did not seal his driveway before the winter as we had suggested him to doso to help keep the salt from penetrating the concrete during the winter monthsWe feelthat because nothing had happened to the concrete that we picked up on the second loadof concrete, that *** *** should be held responsible for the bad mix of concrete thatchipped and reimbursement of money to the ***

While we appreciate the fact that Castelluccio Construction took the time to respondWe are still baffled that they are trying to do everything they can to not own up to their duties, as a company to fix a defective service they suppliedThey agreed that they supplied us with a bad batch of concrete, and yet still refuse to do anything about it nor pay us our money backThey continue to try and pass the responsibility off to the concrete supplierWhether it’s the concrete supplier’s fault or not is neither here nor there for usOur business was solely with Castelluccio construction. That is who we paid for the driveway to be installedThey are trying to ignore the fact that we did NOT do business with the concrete supplier, but rather Castelluccio construction is the company that we “paid for the driveway to be installed.” If they have a bad concrete supplier, that is their battle to fight, not oursThey owe us our money back at the leastCastelluccio Construction AGREES they poured bad concrete in our driveway that we paid THEM for and yet still want to pass the responsibility off to THEIR supplierWe’ve already taken the next step, which is to consult with an attorneyWe have every intention of taking them to court if necessary to get our money back. We’ve included a few photos of the driveway which is progressively getting worseWe believe fully that Castelluccio Construction was just hoping to drag this issue out long enough with just enough contact here and there with hopes that we’d eventually just let it goThat I promise, is not going to happenWe have made several attempts to get them to repair our driveway but they have not fallen through completely with anythingWe have a text message conversation still from January showing that they clearly never intended to fix this situation.
