I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my father who is an 82yr old Air Force VeteranWe entered into contract agreement with Antonio Lopez on May The contract was for $5,He was contracted to do some painting, remove popcorn from ceiling, repair drywall damage, install recess lighting and other related servicesThe work was supposed to be completed by June He had workers at the house for about one week but did not work every dayWhen he failed to show up, I contacted him to see whyHe did not return phone calls for about a weekWhen he did call back he said there was a family emergency and he was out of townHe had a crew work for a couple of days after thatWe decided to also remove wall paper and paint from the family room so the contract was amendedAntonio discovered there was termite damage and he wanted to consult with another contractorHe failed to complete the initial work that was contracted for and did not come back to complete the workHe did not
