I needed gold frames painted and decided to go to Antonio Raimo Galleries The owner *** *** placed the order and provided a sample of how the frames would look like once they were repainted He called me to look at the frames after they were completed I told him that the frames did not match the sample he provided actually the frames were not even close to the color we agreedHe then got very nasty and angry that I didn39t like the frames He continued to yell at me in the store very loudly and rudely when I asked would he take some of the price off or paint the frames over He said he would take off of order I then said I wanted the frames repainted and he got even worst He then told me in the store that he will not take off and he will not paint them over I already paid him the week before this esposide I have never been treated this way by someone in retail I will never do business with him again he is rude to customers and his st
