This place is absolutely ridiculousFirst off I have been a customer for about years and I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect as I was todayAs a customer you should always be treated with respect no matter the situationI went through the drive thru as usual and ordered my meal with a drink as usualWell when I get to the window I am not only not acknowledged but when I have been waiting for about mins I am finally asked for paymentAs they don't give you receipts I was under the impression my drink was included in the total price when I'm about to leave I ask for my drink to only be yelled at by the incompetent girl running the windowFirst she tells me she didn't hear me through the drive thru speaker and it was my faultThen she begins to give me attitude and asks me if I want it or notBy this point I have had enough and asked for a manager to only be told "she's not here." when I explain that a customer should never be treated this way she begins to tell me I started itAs a customer I find it VERY disrespectful to be yelled at just for asking for what I orderedI do hope this girl learns it is not right to treat people this wayAnd regardless of what you are going through it should not be taken out on customersThis is the absolutely last time I will be buying from themThey just lost a long standing customer
