We used G and G services to remove and replace our patiothey showed up on time and completed the job in just dayswe were not sold on the idea of stamped concrete,but I have to say they made the concrete look like natural stone.never seen it done but the finished product was what we had hoped forwe have looked at many styles but his eye for details made the job look just rightwe will use him on all of our home repairs and improvements
Response taken by phone: When we started this job, the customer did not have the deposit for us We didn't get that until the job was already startedWe originally agreed that we would get rid of the concrete but when she then found out that we charged for
that, she said she would take care of itThen she requested we come back to pick it up We came back to pick it up but she was not there to pay us She claimed we put a chip in the patio We did not cause this and would have fixed this, however we have had trouble getting paid for jobs by this customer We will not do any work unless we receive cash up front from now on
Geoff at G&G Services provided excellent services with staining and sealing our sidewalk and porch (including cleaning any excess and spillovers), completely re-framing our French doors, and several other repairs around our homeIn every case, Geoff and his staff were thorough, detail-oriented, and very pleasant and courteousThey were also very cognizant of cleaning up after themselvesWe plan on continuing to secure their servicesAll the work that was completed, including the beautiful sidewalk and porch refinishing, were so well done that three other families in the neighborhood have requested and secured the same services and moreThat says it all!!!
I cannot begin to express how horrible our experience was with this so called companyThey are completely unorganized and unprofessionalWe set up and appointment to have work done on our chimney and the first day they did not showAfter hours of waiting and attempts at contacting Geoff my husband finally got a phone call that a previous job had run over and they unfourtantly wouldn't be able to get to us that dayCompletely understandableHe then arranged a time to come the next dayAnd that time came and wentNo show No call yet againAlong with a string of unanswered texts and calls to Geoff So I called their office and left a message about how displeased we were and we're going to take our business elsewhere and left my number to have someone call back so we could discuss what happenedWell then at at night I recieve a phone call from a woman GinaShe was BEYOND RUDEShe was started off the conversation of the defense and kept telling me she 'wishes us the best' and would absorb no responsibility for the situationI told her what we had discussed with Geoff and she told me it is not her fault that I don't communicate with my husbandThen she told me Geoff told my husband if it was raining their workers can't work on the roofAgain completely understanableI told her at am at our house it was not raining and didn't rain until pmShe then argued with me inregards to the weather Said she was up with her daughter and she doesn't know what time I get out of bed in the morning but it was rainingReally Gina? I am mom of two and was up most the night with our newborn so I indeed was up early, but thanks for the passive aggressive insult Dealing with this company most unprofessional encounter I have ever hadI would not recommend them to anyone
I am so pleased with the poured concrete floor that G & G services put in our new garage It looks beautiful and with the smooth finish that Geoff put on it my rolling tools glide easily to wherever I need them I can sweep up all the sawdust and anything else without much effort Geoff and Gina were extremely professional throughout the whole process from planning to finishing the entire project Geoff came out on a Sunday to plan with me, explaining each step He told me exactly how long it would take and provided an estimate that was much lower than other places I had checked into This guy knows his business and does excellent work He's a class act! Gina handled all the paperwork and money She even followed up weeks later with a phone call to make sure everything was fine She's a sweetheart to talk to! They both are easy to work with and I would highly recommend them Awesome job G & G!!
I signed up with this person to fix a ice dam repair, which includes all the issues that I found at my homeThe moment he walked in, he demanded 50% of the amount, I literally wrote the check then and there as I took a day off and don't want to go it wastedBig mistakeHe then complaining that this is not included and that is not included in the dealIn fact, I told him that I want the ice dam issue to be fixed ! Which includes everythingHe told that it would cost 'X' amount, but later keep calculating per hourThe very next day that he is supposed to finish the job, but I got a txt message minutes before the time he is supposed to show up saying that he don't want to come, as e work he did before covers amount I gave upfrontReal professional! I persuaded him to finish the job another day, but he again want money paid upfrontI did, but he did a lousy job, like lousy patch work, as it looks nastyHe didn't paint good and the wall looks uglyHe has some trust issues, but he doesn't mind you to cheat youHe is totally untrust worthy, obnoxious, as he did use some unprofessional language during the workHe also complained that I am micromanaging as I asked questionsDo yourself a favor and don't hire him, if you REALLY want a peace of mind
Geoff put in a handicapped accessible walkway to my front doorHe did a really nice job making sure that he did not hurt our flowerbeds.after he completed that he painted our kitchen and living roomalso installed the back splash in the kitchenThe crew was organized neat and the clean up was above reproach, Thanks Geoff your work is what we hoped for, and your attention to detail was second to none
