For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not want a refund. I want the owners of this company to make it completely clear that weather will affect the course as this is their reason for not being able to loop the course enough to make it a full 5K. The person who announced this race at the start said it was "just under 3.1 miles" due to rain. I will not be satisfied until the company makes it clear, in their FAQ section, that the course may be cut short due to weather. A last minute update isn't sufficient. Runners deserve to know that they may be cut short a mile. Also - I bought TWO TICKETS. So that 18 dollars isn't accurate. I don't want money - I want you to be FAIR. Those are two different things. Someone acting apparently "aggressive" after your race does not merit you failing to make this clear on your website. Regards, [redacted]
