We hired this company to provide waitstaff for our weddingWe booked them in 2017, and paid our $dollar depositThroughout the process the company would not communicate with us and when our wedding was months out, it took me a month to get an email confirmation claiming they were on "vacation"When our wedding was a week out, our venue, coordinator, myself, fiance and father all called and sent email trying to get them to confirm and ready to provide the serviceNo responses and their phone numbers either went to voicemail or was busyWe had to hire a last minute company within days of our wedding
