*** *** and *** *** hired us to do the drainage because his basement and driveway was being flooded They bought a foreclosed property not knowing that it had previous drainage issues It caused flooding and mud to enter the downstairs/basement, garage and driveway This was a pre-existing issue that we tried to correct We advised him that the best way is to run a new sewer drain to the town sewer drain in the road He then replied that he did not have that kind of money and he only wanted to do a small drain in the yard and re-pipe the drain to a septic We told him we can do that but was not sure if it would work We discussed 270ft of 4ft high black chainlink fence at $per foot which we priced at $4,with four gates an additional $1,160, a total of $5, The drainage price was going to be a total of $4,which we never collected because they were not satisfied with the job that they agreed upon and instructed us to do We offered to correct the drainage Rory told us that he did not want us to continue any drainage work and asked that we only finish the fence installation We finished installing the fence as per our agreed contract We apologized for the drainage job We did not collect any monies for the drainage job We received payment for the fence installation We were not given the opportunity to correct the drainage job when we offered multiple times All the fence debris was taken away and bottom wire was not included in the contract Bottom wire is an additional cost Any gaps under the fence shoule be filled with dirt at owner's expense because of property grading The top of fence even At the conclusion we were only paid for the fence installation

This company has no knowledge of what we did and did not know when we bought this house The house was inspected and we were aware of all the drainage and pumps Antonio is the one who told us not to pipe anything into the town sewage as he thought it wouldn't work Not once did he tell us that he wasn't sure it could work He repeatedly reassured us it would not be a problem He was still sure his piping would work after all the flooding issues if the septic was installed correctly, which he subcontracted to a company of his choosing without telling us In our original conversation it was $a foot and $per gate, he has since changed and increased the price twice and not once has he redone the contract or given us an itemized list which he has said he would on two separate occasions. I would like an itemized list of everything for the fence as he stated he would

agreed upon nor did he remove any of the debris like he said he would.  He still has all my money and I am seeking a partial refund.  I have a recording of our last conversation when he agreed to put the medal wire along the bottom and remove all the debris from the backyard for the money he received.  The fence has too much space between the bottom of the fence and the ground. I am also seeking money to fix the drainage he put in incorrectly since a new drainage contractor is charging for it.  Antonio never told us he was sub contracting the job out nor did he tell us he was never licensed to do any drainage.  I also have a recording of the conversation when he finally tells us he's just a fence guy over a month after he did the job incorrectly and caused flooding.

We are very surprised that our customer has made a formal complaint regarding my company.  We have had numerous conversations with [redacted] regarding the damaged post.  Upon inspection we have remedied the complaint with removing and replacing the post which was damaged by the...

manufacturer at our expense.  Upon completion [redacted] was extremely satisfied with our installation and upon completing a “walk-through”, paid in full.  Within the coming weeks, [redacted] called our office to complain about the replaced post being damaged, additional damage to the pickets on another section of the fence and the instability of the gate.  It is not uncommon that the gates become unstable and warrant an adjustment which we remedied immediately.  With benefit of the doubt and a courtesy to [redacted] we agreed to remove and replace the damaged post at our expense. Also remove and replace the dented pickets and adjust the gate, again, at a later time and date.  We also informed him upon the completion of these additional repairs that we would deliver on premise a receipt.  [redacted] was in agreement with these delays.  Since then, [redacted] has had constant communication with my office regarding the availability to remedy these complaints and a cap that somehow was broken and needs replacement.  Since we value our clients, we will provide free of charge an additional post cap.  Due to manufacturer delays, weather and busy schedule we have been unavailable to attend to his needs. As per our numerous conversations with [redacted] and his wife, we do however expect to complete these issues within the coming days.

As in our previous reply, the cost of the fence is as follows: 270ft of 4ft high all black chainlink fence at $16 per foot totaling $4,320.00 and four (4) gates at $290 per gate totaling $1,160 for all four gates. Total Fence Installation of $5,480.00.
