Antonio's Mexican Food

This place is absolutely ridiculous. First off I have been a customer for about 20 years and I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect as I was today. As a customer you should always be treated with respect no matter the situation. I went through the drive thru as usual and ordered my normal meal with a drink as usual. Well when I get to the window I am not only not acknowledged but when I have been waiting for about 20 mins I am finally asked for payment. As they don't give you receipts I was under the impression my drink was included in the total price when I'm about to leave I ask for my drink to only be yelled at by the incompetent girl running the window. First she tells me she didn't hear me through the drive thru speaker and it was my fault. Then she begins to give me attitude and asks me if I want it or not. By this point I have had enough and asked for a manager to only be told "she's not here." when I explain that a customer should never be treated this way she begins to tell me I started it. As a customer I find it VERY disrespectful to be yelled at just for asking for what I ordered. I do hope this girl learns it is not right to treat people this way. And regardless of what you are going through it should not be taken out on customers. This is the absolutely last time I will be buying from them. They just lost a long standing customer.
