I cannot begin to express how horrible our experience was with this so called company. They are completely unorganized and unprofessional. We set up and appointment to have work done on our chimney and the first day they did not show.... After hours of waiting and attempts at contacting Geoff my husband finally got a phone call that a previous job had run over and they unfourtantly wouldn't be able to get to us that day. Completely understandable. He then arranged a time to come the next day.... And that time came and went... No show No call yet again... Along with a string of unanswered texts and calls to Geoff. So I called their office and left a message about how displeased we were and we're going to take our business elsewhere and left my number to have someone call back so we could discuss what happened. Well then at 7 at night I recieve a phone call from a woman Gina... She was BEYOND RUDE. She was started off the conversation of the defense and kept telling me she 'wishes us the best' and would absorb no responsibility for the situation. I told her what we had discussed with Geoff and she told me it is not her fault that I don't communicate with my husband. Then she told me Geoff told my husband if it was raining their workers can't work on the roof... Again completely understanable. I told her at 8 am at our house it was not raining and didn't rain until 5 pm. She then argued with me inregards to the weather .. Said she was up with her daughter and she doesn't know what time I get out of bed in the morning but it was raining. Really Gina? I am mom of two and was up most the night with our newborn so I indeed was up early, but thanks for the passive aggressive insult. Dealing with this company most unprofessional encounter I have ever had. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Geoff at G&G Services provided excellent services with staining and sealing our sidewalk and porch (including cleaning any excess and spillovers), completely re-framing our French doors, and several other repairs around our home. In every case, Geoff and his staff were thorough, detail-oriented, and very pleasant and courteous. They were also very cognizant of cleaning up after themselves. We plan on continuing to secure their services. All the work that was completed, including the beautiful sidewalk and porch refinishing, were so well done that three other families in the neighborhood have requested and secured the same services and more. That says it all!!!
Geoff put in a handicapped accessible walkway to my front door. He did a really nice job making sure that he did not hurt our flowerbeds.after he completed that he painted our kitchen and living room. also installed the back splash in the kitchen. The crew was organized neat and the clean up was above reproach, Thanks Geoff your work is what we hoped for, and your attention to detail was second to none
I am so pleased with the poured concrete floor that G & G services put in our new garage. It looks beautiful and with the smooth finish that Geoff put on it my rolling tools glide easily to wherever I need them. I can sweep up all the sawdust and anything else without much effort. Geoff and Gina were extremely professional throughout the whole process from planning to finishing the entire project. Geoff came out on a Sunday to plan with me, explaining each step. He told me exactly how long it would take and provided an estimate that was much lower than other places I had checked into. This guy knows his business and does excellent work. He's a class act! Gina handled all the paperwork and money. She even followed up weeks later with a phone call to make sure everything was fine. She's a sweetheart to talk to! They both are easy to work with and I would highly recommend them. Awesome job G & G!!
