Review: I went to [redacted] Home Center, based on the recommendation of an [redacted]) employee named [redacted]. According to [redacted], this company would be able to do the work for me in a shorter amount of time for a better price. I went to [redacted] and explained what I wanted. [redacted], the owner, quoted me a price to which I agreed and put down a deposit so that they could start the process of cutting the doors and sending me a contractor to do the labor. They arranged for a contractor named [redacted] to come and do the work. It took several days just to get him to come in and measure the area. The only reason I continued working with them is because they already had my deposit. [redacted] finally came and measured the space, we discussed the work and he gave me a quote for the installation (cheaper than what [redacted] originally quoted). There were numerous back forth calls scheduling and rescheduling to set up a date to have [redacted] come and install the doors. On the day of the installation, [redacted] did not show up and the managers claimed they too couldn't get in touch with him and offered to send me a new contractor. I agreed and asked if this would changed the price. I was assured, over the phone by [redacted], that it would not. The new contractor came, measured and then got back to me with a price that was even more than what [redacted] quoted. When I asked about this they said the first contractor gave me the wrong information. There was some arguing over this. Finally they offered to bring me the doors, but charged me the amount, according to the receipt, for 4 doors not 2. Then there was another run around regarding who had my doors and when they would be delivered. They claimed the 2nd contractor had them, he claimed they were at the store. The doors are finally delivered and they do not fit the space, they were cut too small. These people are completely unprofessional and I am speaking with an attorney about taking legal action to get my money back. This has been THE WORST experience.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money. I have dealt with nothing but lies, unprofessionalism and shady tactics by this company. They gave me the wrong product and grossly over charged me for it.

on 5/**/2013 [redacted] came in to purchase a custom door but didn't know exactly what size she need and what kind of door work he needs but gave some explaining and according to her explaining we gave her a price pf 487.68. Without installation and includes of delivery to her apartment. Also we have her a name and @ of contractor but its her responsibility to deal fully with the contractor. So she excepted it as a deposit than the 1st contractor have her such a low change than realized he will loose on the job. He never went and answered the phone.
