I would give ZERO stars if possible; PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE
We purchased two gaming monitors and an Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer, spending almost $2,500 in September of 2021. Come December the computer would blue screen and restart- updated drivers and thought it was ok. In April 2022 the entire Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer became completely useless. We have now invested ANOTHER $2,000 fixing and replacing its parts ourselves because the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" at ANTONLINE is a COMPLETE JOKE- they replied once to an email and brushed us off completely, and now HAVE IGNORED our emails and requests for them to HONOR OUR ONE YEAR WARRENTY. Brian Cox, the supposed support manager has done nothing but blow us off. Currently looking into legal action against company for refusing to honor the warranty. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from here, don't. Run away and spend your hard-earned money somewhere that appreciates its customers and does the right thing. We are left with nothing but complete disgust for this "company".

I ordered a keyboard cover from them thru Amazon and wanted to return it because of much better price elsewhere.When I sent them multiple e-mails trying to find out my refund total they never responded.They have auto 15% restock fee and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.I tried calling also but got the run around on the phone and was told to e-mail everything for quicker response.How about NO RESPONSE.I never returned item after all so I just pray I have no issues with the cover after this experience

I purchased a door mat from [redacted] .com which was fulfilled by ANTOnline I opened the box to find the color of the doormat was way off and where there should have been cut-outs on the outter edge, there where none It looked very different from the picture advertised I immediately contacted them to return it and of course I wanted them to pay the return shipping and waive the 15% restock fee because it was clearly not as shown/described They happily gave me a RMA# but would not pay return shipping or waive restock fee So, I opened a dispute with my credit card and got a full refund that way Who even charges restock fees anymore on unopened/unused products??? Not a good company to do business with

I had a shipment being sent to wrong address and this company would not do anything to help me correct the problemThey don't communicate by phone, only through email Very unprofessional and unwilling to help at all

I placed an order for a 16gb kit (2x8gb) of ddrram memory that was FALSELY ADVERTISED from antonline's eBay sales groupI only received 1x8gb stick and they didn't respond once to my complaints so I eventually called them only to be HUNG UP on multiple times when asking to speak to a manager on dutyAll phone numbers and extensions ring through to ONE phoneEven dialing extension #(Spanish) rings through to the same English speaking person The same problem happened for many others that ordered the same product as meBasically when antonline has customer problems, they do NOTHING to helpI had to have eBay step in just to get my money back from them

Horrible company to deal withBought monitors, they sent me the wrong items and then charged me a restocking fee for their mistakeSent several e-mails to try and fix, only one was replied tooAttempted to call, all they said was e-mail customer serviceWill not be doing business with this company again, and I implore everyone to do the same

Antonline not only lists inaccurate shipping times, but there is also no accountability on their end when a shipment takes excessively longThey are also non-responsive to multiple requests for order cancellationsTheir lack of customer service is a chronic issue based the many complaints from other users

Really great experience with antonline I have been buying gaming from them for a while and they always ship really fastI really recommend these guys!

I ordered an item thru *** who subbed it to AntonlineThe item was never deliveredWhen we contacted the *** with the tracking number (case # CAXXXXXXXXX) they reported that "there was no address on the shipping label"
We contacted Antonline and there response was "We show the item as delivered." and refused to consider any further help and did not take the USPS case # showing the problem
Reading online reviews of this company indicates that this is a recurring problem with this companyItems are not delivered but they claim they are and refuse to reship or credit the account

A couple of years ago I purchased an item from this company with a new credit card that I had opened solely for the purchase of online itemsShortly afterward, there were several fraudulent charges made on my cardThe company was the only place I had used the cardI called the owner several times, but he refused to return my callI tried to get the FBI involved but they apparently have better things to doI would avoid using this company

I made a purchase on Ebay with Antonline. The item described and pictured was a previous version of a product which I what I needed and therefore purchased it. Upon receipt, I noticed the item was not the previous model as described and pictured. I asked for a replacement, but for this vendor, a refund was my only option. They promptly approved the return and sent shipping instructions. All was great. I returned the item, not ever removed from its packaging. The amount of the refund was $80 short of the $340 purchase price. They dinged me for sending me a different part than was purchased. I called the store and requested an explanation, the answering service said a rep would follow up and get back to me. Nobody ever called or emailed me. Then they immediately removed the item from my Ebay purchase history so I could not leave a review. Took my $80 and blocked my review.
Shady business, $80 is a lot of money to walk away with. I would not recommend it.

Ordered X-Box Counsel thru Walmart online & Received the Wring Unit through Antonline. They are Charging me a 75 Dollar Restocking Fee after I paid 20 Dollars to UPS it back.. I'm losing 90 Dollars on a Purchase they Make Wrong..
