Anton's Air Conditioning & Heating

We had been wanting to change out our old system for a new furnace and AC unit. Our old furnace/AC was well over 25 years old and had quit working and it was getting very cold without heat. We called Anton's and they immediately sent out a repair technician. After discovering that repairing the old furnace was not cost efficient, the technician immediately contacted Scott M, (their Comfort Consultant), who made a special effort to come out to see us before his earliest appointment the next morning because we were without heat. Scott M outlined the various systems available in a concise and informative way and we quickly decided which model was best for us. We also were in need of a new water heater and Scott M was able to get us a great price on the replacing that as well. Anton's helped us immediately arrange financing (which by itself is fantastic). Anton's then called their installers and they were at our residence within an hour to begin replacing the old equipment. The installer, Ben K, and his fellow installers did a very professional job of removing the old unit and installing the new furnace, A/C unit, and water heater. The installation took two days but Ben K did not leave the first day until he made sure we once again had heat. We greatly appreciated the effort and dedication Ben K and his fellow installers took to do a VERY professional and conscientious job. If you are looking for the very best, do not hesitate to call Anton's. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and very responsive to your needs.

Anton's has served us exceptionally well for years . Dan makes sure our units are well-serviced and maintained and is very knowledgeable about all the parts and pieces. They've installed new units for us and were totally professional, did an excellent job, and followed up to make sure it was right.

I had my new A/C unit installed last summer and was very pleased with the work and I just had my furnace checked and found to be needing fixed. Eddie was very thorough and professional

The service I received from Anton's (Jim - service technician) was excellent. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He explained to me, in terms I could understand, what my issue was and how he would repair it. He was respectful of my home and covered his shoes when he entered. Overall my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Anton's Air Conditioning and Heating.

Had a 3-3:30PM appointment that I had to wait 1-2 weeks for. This was reasonable considering their good reviews. My wife and I both took time off of work to accommodate the appointment. Someone tried to call, but every time I answered the phone the call was dropped. I was however able to get hold of someone at the office (314-638-4711) after receiving these calls (between 3-4pm). That person informed me that there was nothing they could do and that I should expect a call from the Manager. The manager called back at 4pm whereby she informed me that they will not be honoring my original appointment and that the only way to get service from them was if I accepted a higher call out charge. I was utterly shocked by their business practices and would caution anyone wanting to use their services.

Anton's is an excellent company for A/C & heating company ... and Eddie is a fantastic technician. We've used Anton's for years. Eddie came over yesterday for our semi-annual inspection and found out why the A/C wasn't cooling properly. He explained the problem to me in clear language that I could understand, which is a hugely important skill for a technician. He also suggested a way that we could save some $$, and he took care of another small request. He arrived at 4pm and worked until 8 o'clock at night to finish the job! Personable, professional, thorough & extremely helpful. Bonus points for being great with my dog. Anton's, please send Eddie next time!

Our furnace went out yesterday. Eddie came over, found the problem and replaced a defective part quickly.

He also recommended that we have our fan and ducts cleaned - which we are going to do.

The company also has a service that inspects heating and air conditioning elements every 6 months, which we signed up for.

The AC stopped working suddenly on a near 100 degree day. I called about 9am & they were able to send someone out by mid day. The problem was fixed & we were advised what had happened. They had the necessary part(s) with them so no delays in fixing. The service man was very polite & respectful. Would definitely use them again.
