Antrim Diesel Service

Review: Our semi tractor was blowing smoke and we had it towed to Antrim diesel in [redacted], PA. The tow truck dropped the tractor on Monday October 6, 2014. On Monday October 13, I called the owner, Richard and asked when the truck would be evaluated. He told me "in a day or two" he would put it on the dynometer and get back with but in the meantime have the driver call him about the issues he observed. Our driver did so and Richard acknowledged that call.I called on Tuesday October 21, and Richard told me that the truck was not in the shop yet (which I knew since all of our units have GPS tracking devices)and he had no idea when he would get it in to take a look. He told me "we will see how the rest of the week goes and take it from there".When I asked about why it was taking so long he stated that a technician was out and that I did not tell him the tractor was on its way to his shop. The fact that he has personnel issues is not my problem and the fact that I did not call him has nothing to do with his technicians evaluating our tractor. At this point his demeanor changed and he became even more arrogant. It is my guess that our problem in under warranty and he is pushing us back since it may not be a paying job. This situation is costing our company $950 per week in rentals and we are now into our third week with no end in sight. Richard, the owner of Antrim Diesel acts arrogant and his customer service skills are unsatisfactory.I would not recommend Antrim Diesel to any of our business associates.Desired Settlement: Call Fain M[redacted], the owner of our company, and work out a suitable solution to this situation.[redacted]Keep this complaint on file a long as possible so other businesses do not experience our situation.
