Review: NICK A INSTALLED MY PAVERS LITTLE OVER YEAR AGO CAME TO MY HOUSE THURSDAY 4/30 TO SEAL PAVERS DRIVEWAY,WALKWAY AND BACKYARD. THEY GOT TO MY HOUSE AT 11 AM LEFT BY 4PM HE STATED ALL AREAS WERE POWERWASHED AND 2 COATS OF SEALER PUT ON THURSDAY NIGHT SAW 2 BIG AREAS IN YARD LOOKED DIFFERENT I THOUGHT MAYBE WASNT COMPLETELY DRIED NEXT DAY THEY LOOKED THE SAME HE CAME TO MY HOUSE FRIDAY SAID HE DOESNT KNOW WHY THE SEALER DIDNT TAKE IN THOSE LARGE AREAS HE POWERWASHED AGAIN AND RESEALED THOSE AREAS NOW IT LOOKS EVEN WORSE THAN IT DID THE DAY BEFORE I TOLD HIM I WOULD NOT PAY HIM TILL THIS IS REECTIFIED AND DONE PROPERLY HE STATES WE MUST HAVE SPILLED SOMETHING WHICH IS A JOKE HE SAID HE WILL NOT SPEND ANYMORE TIME ON THIS AND I SHOULD LOOSE HIS NUMBER AND HE STORMED OUT OF MY YARD ALMOST BREAKING MY FENCE HE IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY ON THESE PAVERS AND WANTED THEM SEALED TO PROTECT THEM AND HE RUINED THEM AND REFUSES TO FIX THEM HIS GUYS WERE IN MY HOUSE A TOTAL OF 5 HOURS AND HE CAME BACK FRIDAY AND WAS SUPPOSEDLY THERE 3 HOURS AND HE SAYS HE PUT TOO MUCH TIME INTO IT ALL COMPANIES I SPOKE WITH SAID TO SEAL PROPERLY NO WAY CAN YOU DO 2 COATS IN ONE DAY IN 5 HOURS THIS WAS TOTALLY APPLIED WRONG AND MY PAVERS IN YARD LOOK HORRIBLE THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVEDDesired Settlement: JUST WANT AREAS RECTIFIED TO LOOK LIKE THE REST OF PAVERS

The initial job was installed over two years ago April of 2013 i've gone back numerous times to do minor repairs Last May 2014 Mrs. [redacted] called me to have the pavers patio and Driveway power wash and sealed...At the time I could not do it she wanted a couple of pavers reset by the fence and she said that her husband was going to do it.... did not hear from her until late last fall at the time it was too cold to do anything I had told her that I would come in the spring I scheduled it to do it last Thursday I start at 10am to 4pm I repaired the driveway that there was some type of chemical spilled on it and I changed out approximately 100 bricks I continue to power wash back patio walkway and driveway I noticed in the back they were two areas that the sealer was not sticking I went back on Friday 9am to 4pm power wash those two areas again and try to seal it one more time at that time I noticed that someone had sealed it with a different product when I asked Mrs. [redacted] she got outraged and threw me off her property telling me that I did not do my job and was not going to pay me I have pictures of everything I've done there Sincerely Nick [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The only truth to his story is when I had pavers originally installed which was end of April 2013 into May. When pavers were installed we spoke about sealing them and Nick stated we had to wait at least a year to seal to let pavers oxidize. In June 2014 we noticed pavers coming off on side of walkway and driveway sinking and huge gaps between pavers we called him up to come and repair them since this was unacceptable considering they were installed a year ago. We spoke on phone in May and he stated we said we would do it ourselves which my husband was considering doing but as he was telling people they were saying how much work it was and Nick quoted us a price for 800.00 to seal we figured it was worth paying for it and not doing ourselves. He never came and we got caught up with events I contacted him back in Nov 2014 asking him what happened why he never came by in summer to repair and seal pavers he said he thought we were doing them so I said fine I guess it was miscommunication and I told him we needed them repaired and sealed so we knew it couldn't be done till weather got nice again on 3/6/15 I emailed him to see when he can start it he came to my house on Sat 3/14 said he will give me estimate that night on 3/24 still no estimate so I emailed him and finally got estimate which was now 1200.00 instead of original price of 800 and he said all repairs to sunken driveway and loose pavers would be free I didn't even say anything about difference in price I just wanted the driveway to look good and wanted everything sealed after several calls and emails he calls us on 4/29/15 telling us he would be there on 4/30/15 to do the job. Me and my husband both went to work my daughter was home and did not leave till 11 am for work he states he was at my house at 9am which is untrue he calls my husband at 4pm saying everything is done so in a total of 5 hours they powerwashed front side and back and sealed with 2 coats of sealer which is impossible every company I spoke with states if you powerwash you need to let it dry at least 24 hours before sealing so he wanted to make a quick dollar and not do the job correctly it backfired on him and 2 huge areas in yard did not take to sealer and its probably because those areas were still wet when sealer was applied and he state we must have spilled something on it what could we have possible spilled. The whole process was done rushed and incorrectly which is why this problem occurred and now we are left with a backyard of brand new pavers ruined. As a business owner his response should have been I will do whatever it takes to fix these areas even if pavers needed to be replaced insteady his response was I am not putting anymore time into this cause he was at my house on Friday and powerwashed those areas and resealed within 3 hours which made the pavers look much worse so when he said hes not putting anymore time into this I said I was not paying him at which point he said loose my number and stormed out of my yard slamming my fence I have all emails, phone records,pictures, and witnesses that he was not at my house at 9am all I want is for my yard to repaired to the way it was before he ruined my pavers for not applying sealer correctly and when I told him his guys or he did something wrong which is why the two big areas looked like that he told me Jennifer don't insult me he is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. the whole job looks horrible there is heavy areas and spots everywhere of sealer because it was not done right

With Mrs. [redacted] we can sit here and go back-and-forth what she said or what I said but the bottom line is I spent two days there I did all my repairs and I sealed the pavers for her if she would just own up and say that they try to do it themselves and never told me I'll be willing to go back and repair those two areas if she agrees to buy the material and the bill is $1600 and I also have pictures of us doing the work there

Review: We hired Antuofermo Landscaping to do concrete slab and footing for wood log shed on our property. When slab dried out and we were ready to move forward with our project, our contractor found out that we have 3 inches level difference. We contacted Antuofermo Landscaping, but didn’t get any respond. Called about 15 times, left several messages. After week or so, [redacted] - owner, picked up a phone and said he will stop by to take a look. He never did! Never called back! Never picked up a phone after! They also supposed to come and clean all metal and wood supports after slab was dried out. We mailed official certified letter to Antuofermo Landscaping that terms of the contract was not fulfilled, but didn’t get any respond! We waited for over two weeks and hired another company to fix slab level and remove supports, spend another $750.Desired Settlement: We spend $750 to fix and finish job, which supposed to do Antuofermo Landscaping.
