I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],The [redacted] was being sarcastic on returning the milk, I did gave him the money and made a statement, keep this money and in future please serve quality milk. As our neighborhood have so many toddlers. I hold a well reputed job in the city and I am a law abiding citizen. All I tried to do is bring everyone's attention towards Anujee Inc, who is delivering poor quality product to fellow customers. It seems the [redacted] or the [redacted] needs keep his calmness and understand what is he doing to the society is not right.if required I will also produce witnesses who has worked and been customers in this establishment who has seen and experienced similar treatment from the same person.With regards to debt, I am not sure what is this gentleman talking about. Upon request I can produce all my income statement and tax statement to support my part. As of today I don't hold any debt to any individual.

I tried to resolve the problem amicably. He was rude. As in the complain he didn't purchase the milk on 12/* and return it on 12/*. But the purchase date was 11/**/2014 at [redacted] and...

the return date was 12/*/14 at [redacted] ( 6th day! ). He clearly lied. I have video evidence to prove it from the establishment's security camera. The actual reason for his complain was that I asked him to settle the debt he owe on a previous purchase. He denied that he owed the establishment of any debt. Once I established the facts about the debt, he became agitated , put some money on the counter and asked me to keep the change as interest in a sarcastic way. I've been doing business at the same location for almost 18 years selling Milk and other stuff. If I remember correctly , I've been dealing with with the same milk supplying company from day one. No complains about them either. And my establishment is inspected by [redacted] regularly too. I am really sorry this person made a complain because I asked him to settle the debt.

Review: I bought gallon of milk from this grocery on 12/*/2014 with an expiration date of 12/*/2014. I have a * year old son and today we opened the brand new gallon and the milk was spouled. I took it back to the grocery but the [redacted] was very disrespectful and was unprofessional. He was blaming me for it.my son could have got sick!Desired Settlement: I would like to be approached by the [redacted] with an apology,the milk production company needs to be investigated, the cooler of the grocery needs to be inspected as I saw a huge puddle of water when I bought the milk. And finally the refund for the same.
