I tried to resolve the problem amicablyHe was rudeAs in the complain he didn't purchase the milk on 12/ [redacted] and return it on at [redacted] and the return date was 12/*/at [redacted] ( 6th day! )He clearly liedI have video evidence to prove it from the establishment's security cameraThe actual reason for his complain was that I asked him to settle the debt he owe on a previous purchaseHe denied that he owed the establishment of any debtOnce I established the facts about the debt, he became agitated , put some money on the counter and asked me to keep the change as interest in a sarcastic wayI've been doing business at the same location for almost years selling Milk and other stuffIf I remember correctly , I've been dealing with with the same milk supplying company from day oneNo complains about them eitherAnd my establishment is inspected by [redacted] regularly tooI am really sorry this person made a complain because I asked him to settle the debt
