Review: I called the company a man came out the next day... All he did was turn off and turn on the washing machine...he told me it would be hundreds of dollars and it was the control panel and then asked me what my husband did...I got his number from [redacted] it advertised free estimate. .....but he told me I owe him $55.00 for the visit... he also said he would look for a Refurbished part and call me the next day... He never called.. I called him 3 different days and my husband called him 1 time....never giving any information about the part... I had to call out another company do get the job done...I call the Maryland Revdex.com and he told me I had to file in VA...there is something off with this guy....did not come in work clothes...or a sign on his car...asking question about my family...so I asked back... He said he comes from [redacted]....I don't want this happening to another person...he needs to be stopped and someone needs to get him off the internet advertising....thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: He needs to get off the internet... 3 phone number the same man answers all of them
