Review: Driver side window was inoperable.This business installed a window regulator to correct the problem on May **,2015.13 days latter,on memorial day,the window fell inside the door and became inoperable.I returned to this business and they told me that they had to order a regulator and it would take within a week.I've called at least four times and they keep telling me that they are still waiting for the piece.It's been 11 days and i'm driving around with out the use of my driver side window.I asked for my money back,they tell they don't do refunds.They only sell used parts so I don't get what there waiting for.I think they are just giving me the run around in hopes that I would forget the whole thing.Please help me outDesired Settlement: finish the job or refuned
