Any Lab Test Now! Milwaukee

DO NOT USE THIS LAB! The entire staff starting with the owners are nothing short of incompetent! On Saturday 2/28/15 I went here to have a test done on my hair for the presence of EtG (by-product of Ethyl Alcohol). The technician could not find the correct test in the computer so decided that the 5-panel Drug test was close enough and checked that box. I noticed that she had checked that box on the paperwork when I got home so I called 3 times and spoke to the owner once and the lab tech twice telling them to please make sure the correct test is run. They assured me that they would. 5 days later I received the results of the 5-panel drug test (THE WRONG TEST). ALTN blamed the lab that conducted the testing even though it was clearly their fault. For the next month I heard everything from ALTN from the correct test was being run on the sample to the sample was lost and they cannot do anything about it. After 50+ emails back and forth on Friday 4/10/15 I was refunded my money for the test having never received the proper testing or results.
On Monday 3/2/15 I went to the same lab to have a urine test done for EtG. 5 days later I received word that the test was canceled because the technician that took the sample never checked the box on the form telling the lab what test she wanted performed. I was told the lab still had the sample and would conduct the correct test on it. 3 days went by and nothing. another 2 days and nothing. Finally on Monday 3/16/15, two weeks after giving the sample I received my test results. While waiting for 2 weeks for the results I was not allowed to have placement with my children. No refund was given to me for this.
Run, do not walk away from this lab! There are plenty of really good labs in Milwaukee that know what they are doing and value their customers. There is no need to patronize this place.

I went through a company that used any lab test now as a location to get a DNA done for my son and his daughter. All the info and kit was sent to them to be a third party in the test. My complaint is that they did not follow the instructions that was given to them. They sent it to the wrong testing site. They were suppose to sent it to the site that the instruction gave. And they did not do that.I paid for the test and when I tried to recover the legal document I was denied of this paper. They did send a email but all documentation that we filled out was for a legal document showing my son was the father. I received the run around between both their location. When I asked to speak to the owner of these businesses I was told that he would not respond to me. The only way was to email him. I emailed him and never got a response. When requesting anything from them it was like pulling teeth. If they would of followed the step given to them this would of never happen. The company that I was dealing with has dropped them as a third party testing site. So please be careful of this site or testing company. It makes me wonder if the results were even my sons if they couldn't even follow simple instructions.
