I am a new car broker, the transaction was done with a Toyota dealer & I was a referring broker.  the transaction in question was handled properly once the error was brought to my attention. I forwarded the contract that the client had with Toyota to the client. the contract clearly...

says the allowable miles that they were permitted to drive. the client needs to deal directly with Toyota & the Toyota dealer to resolve. from my understanding the Toyota dealer is in contact with the client and is in the process of resolving the issue.

Review: 1) The [redacted], [redacted], of this auto-leasing company assured me that it would make the final payment on an old lease in exchange for an increased amount to the monthly lease on the new vehicle I was going to be leasing from this company. The payment was due on 10/**/2013. As of this morning (12/**/2013), the payment has not been recorded. Several e-mails to the [redacted] have been ignored. I just began receiving collection calls from American Honda Finance, the company to which the payment was to be made.

2) I was supposed to take possession of the new leased vehicle (from Wheel-to-Lease) on October **, 2013. However, the sales person, [redacted], obtained the vehicle from the dealer on or about October **, 2013. When I took possession on October **, 2013, I paid the first monthly payment. Two weeks later, I received an invoice from the financing company (Chrysler Financial) indicating that the second pay was due on November **, 2013. When I called Chrysler, I was told that they had received information that the lease was effective October **, 2013. I've written several times asking for 1/2 month's reimbursement (approximately $160). Again, no response.Desired Settlement: There are two parts to the complaint, therefore there are two desired outcomes.

1) Wheels to Lease needs to pay $550.58 to American Honda Finance. This is the amount of the final payment on my old lease. and

2) Refund / credit card credit for $160.
