Anycredit Auto Superstore lists prices on their website and cars, but increases the prices by several thousand dollars when you sit down to make a purchase*** *** and his sales staff say the increase in price can be blamed on fees from the bank but fail to provide an actual breakdown or explanation for the feesWhen you contact your bank, the bank does not pass on fees to the customerConsumers beware! This is a scam! This business deserves an F ratingWhen you ask for explanations, *** *** and his staff get hostile and act like your questions are unreasonableThey even go as far as insulting you and blaming you for not accepting their schemesThey will say things like "You simply don't understand loan terms" or "I'm done dealing with you." Run far away from this business!

This is a customer that makes it difficult for other honest consumers to get car loans. Mr. [redacted] was full advised upfront that the...

vehicle he wanted was a little above his means and was a stretch to get a lender to approve that amount but we would be willing to attempt to get him approved on it as long as he was willing to take a lesser priced vehicle if it came to that. He agreed and signed several documents acknowledging that up to and including a video that outlined this. He signed an acknowledgement after watching the video that he saw it and agreed that everything was subject to the lender approving the financing. The lender subsequently sent an approval back for a lesser priced vehicle. At the time of delivery Mr. [redacted] signed a deferred downpayment agreement because he had nothing down at the time of delivery. He is scamming and trying the use the ultimate amount he was supposed to bring in for the downpayment. He has lied about the entire situation and the money down. We have a deferred downpayment agreement where he acknowledged he was supposed to bring money in on a later date. This type of customer makes it difficult for honest customers to get car loans.

Awesome staff and great vehicles. They go out of their way to help those that can not get help from other. I highly recommend them!

This place is a complete joke!!! I went to them awhile ago and they put me into a very nice 2010 chevy cobalt. However they specified that anything brought to their attention that was wrong with the car prior to signing papers would b fixed at their cost.So I brought up the check engine light having been on. They said they would fix it. Instead they cleared the code and sent me on my way. So I left and it came back on so itook it to be tested and it was a trtransmission problem. So I called and informed them they told me to bring it in andthey would fix it. Well if they fixed it they said I wouldnt qualify for it anymore. I asked hows that when u said it would b fixed at ur cost. They said because the car value would go up. Like wtf my papers were already done up. So they forced me in another vehicle knowing I had no way home other than getting a vehcile so they put me in a run down 2005 Hyundai accent. Ugliest car ever I was embarrassed to even b seen in it. I cried my eyes out because spending so much money on a car that I didnt even want. So I then left. Then the check engine light came on again. I took it to auto zone and it read back like 10 codes. But they were willing to fix all them. I took it in to them to have them fix it. And they took the car away from me. Said that they believed the car wasnt actually for me that I did it all so my fiance could have a car and left me stranded. I had to call my father to come get me. Then they had the nerves to call me and tell me if I wanted the car back I needed to call the bank and lie to them telling them that I had paid the down payment in which I never did. I told them no and they said that I couldnt have it back then. So I left it go. Then a few months later they had the nervesto keep calling me trying to get me to come back in to get a car. I told them to stop calling that they had screwed me over and put me in tears that wat made them think I would ever come back to them. The lady goes well we did wat we had to do.... ya ok accusing someone of lying about who the car was for. No matter wat wats that any of their buisness as long as payments r made. I will never step foot in any store that these ppl r at!!!-

So I went to Any Credit Auto expecting that even they couldn't help me with my credit. After many test drives I found a car that I liked. The lady who helped me, [redacted] was awesome and very nice, same with the Finance guy (I can't remember his name). I signed the agreements for a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring and found all details acceptable. I was floored they were able to work with me, as I do have aweful credit. The next day I went in to turn in my proof of insurance and pay them a portion of my down payment and I'm told I can no longer have said vehicle. I was crushed because I thought that car was mine for sure and I was on my way to re-building my credit. But regardless I was told they would work with me. They told me the car was placed on a "lender black list". I told the salesman who was also a very nice guy that I had just put $15.00 in the gas tank. To which he replied that the next owers would be happy about that. That being said after I was told it was black listed? Anyway after each test drive I was unhappy about various issues with the cars I tried. I think part of that would be that I just really wanted that 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring! But that is besides the point, I understand when you have no money and less then bad credit you shouldn't expect much at all, I get that. But the whole deal seemed a little shady to me, I could be wrong.. But maybe what happend was a good thing for me? Most of the cars I tested had sounds like grinding breaks for example, or when the car would go to shift it would jerk really badly. I'm not trying to hurt their business, but on the same hand I felt that I was lied to. I could be wrong, but I think what happend was the bank rejected my credit and they gave me the car before they knew it. If they did lie to me I don't understand why they felt the need to lie. Anyway just because I had a negative experience I wouldn't let that stop anyone from checking the place out. I wish them the business the best of luck, they did atleast try to work with my crappy credit.
