customer be treated with dignity, respect and professionalismThis customer has received our fullest and sincere apology, and was offered and accepted a full refund the services at were provided to himIt is completely unacceptable to us that this customer was not treated in the manor that is consistent with our mission.After investigating the circumstance surrounding this compliant, I learned that our shipping partner, *** *** ***, lost the shipment involved with this customerI feel horrible that this rare and unusual occurrence has negatively impacted this customer, and caused him significant inconvenienceWe incurred additional cost to expedite the shipment, so the impact of the lost shipment would be minimized.We undertook corrective action, including reprimand and training to help the employee understand where mistakes were made and how his actions can be improved to avoid this situation from ever occurring in the futureAdditionally, his training included techniques and strategies for improving the experience.At Any Lab TestNow we do everything in our power to limit human error, and when they do occur, I guarantee that is taken to make it right for the customerAgain, thank your for bringing this matter our attention and providing us with the opportunity to improve the outcome.Respectfully Yours

Review: I went to the Merchant for DNA Test. I took off from my job and I also took my daughter with me. My daughter also took off from her School to go to this Lab and gave them ours mouth swab for DNA test. This was on 04/10/2014 we came and gave our sample to the Lab Tech.When I went back to them on 04/14/14 to pick up my report. The Tech was vert unprofessional, rude very disrespectful towards me and my daughter.He told me that He lost the SAMPLE in the shipment and he is waiting his owner instructions.When next day I called him He was keep hanging the phone on me. after sever phone calls when finally He answered the phone I explaned him that this is very extremely urgent to get the DNA result for me and my daughter. I already showed him the AIR TICKETS to travel to LONDON for family emergency.He was screaming and yelling on the phone to me, He told me I have to start all over again and this will take 5 more days to get the result. I have no choice at this moment. Finally again I lost one day off for myself and my Daughter took off hrom the School. We went back to him and gave him ours sample again. after 12 days back I got my DNA result back.I lost lots of money on my air ticket because I have to cancelled the TRIp. Because the Passport Office is not able to issue the Passport without my DNA result.He never gave the phone# of his Owner and I emailed 2 times to the owner and he never responded my email. This kind of behavior is not excepted in this FREE and Democratic Country. So please try your best to intervene in this matter, so any other innoscent cannot get victim.Desired Settlement: At least the Owner called me and apology for the bif Fault and refund my money back. Because I lost lots of money for cancell my Airtrip.
