beer and a soda was orderedWhen the waitress went to check on the table the drinks were finished and they requested only water from herAt this time I heard the waitress inform the guests that there was a two drink minimum per personShe also explained that the drinks did not have to be alcohol but could be juice or sodaThe guests declinedto order anything at that timeAnother male guest joined the first two guestsThe waitress went over to take his drink order, and he declined to order a drinkShe then informed him about the two drink minimum and he did not respondWhen the guests asked for the check the waitress again informed them about the two drink minimum per person and explained about the charge if there were not enough drinks ordered Prior to handing the check to the guest the waitress asked me about the charge, because the guests did not order drinksI told her that thecharge would be for four sodas at $eachThe total charge would be $When the waitress gave the check to the guests they inquired about the charge and she explained againWhen asked about signage, she opened a menu to show them that it was printed in thereThe two drink minimum policy is printed on each page of the menu and the guests ordered food
