GLEN owner of ANYSTYLE KITCHENS in Ronkonkoma NY installed cabinets in my kitchen a few years ago. There was a lifetime guarantee. The quality of the cabinets are totally inferior. I wish I could attach photos of what these cabinets look like a couple of years later. I have been attempting to contact Glen since September. He finally called me back after I threatened to give them a bad review on the Internet and on YouTube. He came to my house and glued back the piece that totally fell off under the sink. Glen fixed a hinge, which he told me needed a new one and that he would return with it. He didn’t fix the cracks and chips which were on ¾ of the cabinets, but did promise to return. I never heard from him again. I have been texting GLEN for weeks now and he's just ignoring me. I am a nurse and work 12 hour days so I am hardly home. I have no children and do not cook. I paid a lot of money to him and am having nothing but aggravation. I would not recommend him to anyone as he is not a man of his word. I wish I could attach photos of what these cabinets look like a couple of years later. GLEN’s actions are that of a con artist. He does not stand by his products or his workmanship. Some of my doors should have been replaced which he agreed, but of course he ignored all of my calls and texts. Before hiring him email me and I will gladly send you photos. I would not want anyone to waste their money and have an experience like I did. I will be uploading a video to be able to show the damages. I had previously sent in a complaint about ANY owner Glen. At the time I did not pursue the issue as there were two accidental deaths in my family. I looked GLEN’S response to my complaint, which was not correct. He outright lied and distorted the facts. But giving GLEN the benefit of the doubt I stopped in to his business to ask him to help resolve this issue. The issue was my cabinets had chips, cracks and discoloration and one hinge that was broken. Please refer back to my initial complaint for backgrounds. When I went to STYLE KITCHEN’S Glen was there. GLEN right looked right at me and said hello as he did not recognize me. I asked him “Do You Remember Me, Bonnie”. Then it clicked and he said “Oh yes the Revdex.com as if he was very angry. I handed GLEN the receipt and he proceeded to rip it up. My mistake I should have gave him a copy. He informed me that he would not help me because I called the Revdex.com. He was screaming get out at this point repeatedly in my mother who is 80 year old face. I grabbed her and pulled her out because I was afraid of what he would you. He had no intention of resolving anything. Luckily when I contacted the manufacturer they were wonderful and willing to help me out. They replaced all the damages that GLEN was responsible to fix, the cabinets and the hinge. Additionally, they reinstalled the cabinets, drawers and handles. They also fix a few things that had not been installed correctly. They were amazing. They fixed everything. The kicker is they came to my home twice and didn’t charge me a penny for all the replacements needed. They stood by their product and went above and beyond, unlike GLEN who wouldn’t even honor his own warranty. Stay away from ANYSTLYE KITCHENS if you want quality workmanship and someone who will stand behind their products.

 Less than four months after having new cabinets built and installed, the cabinets are falling apart. They do not open and close properly and are damaging one another. Last week a panel fell off the wall onto my son! My first complaint received a reply that Glenn had not heard from me. I have been contacting him for months. Since that reply, I have four documented calls to his company, and he has still not replied. The quality of these cabinets is the worst I have ever seen and even pose a danger.Translate: At this point, I have learned that AnyStyle will not complete or repair their cabinets. I am interested in AnyStyles' second reply and do not expect any resolution through this complaint. It is for documentation purposes, as I am pursuing my claim through court.

As far as I know I have not gotten a call from the customer. If an issue does exist I will take care of it. They need to call the office and set up an appointment for service.(###-###-####)

Review: They installed a new kitchen last year. a few cabinets have chips in them already, we have tried to contact this business since October 2014 to get the repairs that were promised to us in the event that this happened. Went into business, found no one there, left notes to call us. No response at all.Desired Settlement: I would like the chips repaired as promised, and do not know why these cabinets chipped so badly when they are new - the old cabinets did not have chips in 30 years!! so was there not enough coats of stain or protectant? defective?

Review: I have tried contacting the owner Glen for the last 3 months and left numerous voice mails and messages for him without a reply. Before he stopped replying I was given the run around for 3 months prior. I have kept a call log every time I have spoken to Glen about this issue. They remodeled my kitchen which took weeks longer than they originally told me it was going to take. They originally put wood molding behind my sink which is getting wet and paint is falling off. I spoke to Glen 6 months ago and he stated he would put a piece granite in its place. The company is supposed come back my house to put a piece of granite behind my sink which is the focal point of my kitchen. I've been waiting 6 months for a job that will take no longer than a couple hours.Desired Settlement: I would expect a phone call with a date and time the company will be coming to fix this issue. If not, then monetary reimbursement so I can hire someone to do the job correctly.

Review: Anystyle kitchens built and installed cabinets in new construction kitchen. Problems with four large cabinet doors not closing properly, and I tried to contact owne, Glenn, several times hoping he could make adjustments before condition worsened where cabinets would become damaged. Cabinets are now damaged. Additionally, Glenn was supposed to return to finish installing cabinet shelves, which he has not done.Desired Settlement: This is a brand new kitchen and should not have problems already. Glenn earned our trust and was paid in full. These cabinets were expensive, and they should be functioning perfectly. If he can not finish the job, I request reimbursement so that I can pay someone else to do so.
