I was compelled to write this letter in an email, and send it today, 12/3/15. The owner of this company would not respond to texts, emails or telephone calls when I encountered an issue on a driveway only 1 month old. I am upset, and feel that at least this should be reported to the Revdex.com. The workers/subs that completed the work, did a good job and that should be acknowledged. The owner however has need of a class in customer service, as well as communication.
I await a response on the "warranty".

As per our conversation dated 12/3/15:
The "outstanding balance" of $175.50, owed to a subcontracting permit agency/entity will be paid immediately upon receipt of a written bill from your company.
There was no warranty information contained in an email received 12/3/15 as discussed.
I do not appreciate, nor do I find it "ethical" that you have held a warranty "ransom" for this 3rd party permitting fee, that as I stated was taken care of by ME after MONTHS of rejections and â??notices from the City.
I will once again request the full parameters of the warranty, and â??ask that you respond appropriately.
I did not hear a single word from your company, "Anything Asphalt" â??after sending the final payment of $2,865.15; the check that was immediately cashed by your business.
To attempt to call you over a two week period on an issue involving the drive, only to find out that you were not taking my calls purposefully, is at best unprofessional. To then be insulted regarding my concern was pitiful. I had to block my phone number in order to have you to answer. Upon relating my concern of grass growing through a hole in the drive that was getting larger, to be told that I should "spray a drop of roundup" on that "blade of grass" is unconscionable.
Further, that you apparently were at my residence on 12/2/15 after my call to your office, and did not advise me of your presence was again unprofessional. To then relate to me that you "took a look" at "my issue", and "could have fixed it with a few drops of Elmer's glue" is beyond anything that I have ever dealt with professionally.
The actual workers that completed the drive did a good job, but the communication and almost 5 month wait for Anything Asphalt, after paying a half down payment of $2,125 to the company was indeed unacceptable.

I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. First of all there are no real asphalt paving companies out there that still want to do home driveways and from some of the prices it looks like well if they get the work great if not well they do commercial work anyway, this was my biggest problem. They came out, really were so knowledgable about city codes and what we could and could not do. They gave us the estimate right away and it was a fair price so we hired them. They did everything they promised, were clean, left the job cleaned up. Good communication. It was actually a pleasure to deal with them and to find out that they have been in Broward for many years....these guys are keepers !
