Fort Financial shows that [redacted] account was charged fees on 11/30/2015 and 12/31/2015 these fees were refunded. Statements and direct mail pieces were mail to the same address that is on this Revdex.com claim. I have included the statements and an account history for her review. Fort Financial Credit Union would expect the Revdex.com to see that we made every attempt to notify [redacted] and we cannot be held responsible for her not reading the information we provided.
