Anything Imprinted

Review: Was suppose to have 24 visor hats with embroidery on the front of them done and finished on 4/19/12013. Anything Imprinted did not fulfill promise. [redacted] told me he would have the visors ready on 4/25/2013 but when I called it was not ready , [redacted] told me that everything would be finished on 4/26/2013. Went over to business at 3p.m. on Friday 4/26/2013 front door was locked, lights out no one in sight. Merchant keeps putting other peoples orders in front of mine and does not show any interest in completing my order.Desired Settlement: 1st choice: I will accept a full refund of 166.80 2nd choice: [redacted] can give me the 24 visors without embroidery doing any embroidery on them and I will go somewhere else to get the embroidery done.It is not legal for [redacted] to keep my money and the visors too.
