Consumer states that they have been refunded by their credit card company.

He wants to buy something from me and I wont sell it to him. 
 
He is a nut job.... 
 
I have never been paid for anything....

He paid PayPal and they have never paid me .  In addition I cancelled the sale before this sale happened. PayPal is the problem. They contacted me and said that they did receive payment but they would reverse the sale and refund to him in 24hrs. They have not. 
 
This guy is a crazy vengeful person. 
 
I have turned this over to my attorney for cuase of action in a slander case.

Review: Purchased a product through the business's eBay site and the seller will not send the product because he claims the fees are too high. Said he initiated a return, but there is no record or proof that that. Extremely rude.Desired Settlement: Either send my product or show proof a return of my money has been initiated.
