Review: We had contacted MediaTechnics to replace a drive that they provided a link to the product and claimed they had in stock. A week later, I had not received the drive, so I went to email them and the email provided on the website, and in their correspondence does NOT receive emails. Calling Customer Support goes to a voicemail. Three and a half weeks after purchasing, I finally get in contact with Rick by selecting the Sales extension. He tells me that it should be on it's way. A couple weeks later (5 weeks from purchase) still no drive, call Rick back and he gets someone on the line, says they don't have that specific drive but they have one that will work. Called a week after the last conversation (6 Weeks from purchase), still no drive, and no one is answer the phones, emails don't work. I still don't have what they claimed they had, and I've paid them for this. They have no "working" contact information AND have my money.Desired Settlement: Refund is all that is needed.
