The owner will be fully reimburse for the entire amount of the bill and bill will be deletedI do not need a bad reputation because of a misunderstanding of a verbal estimateI always do any service work as time and material at a rate of $150/hr for labor and cost of material plus 30%I
do however give owners an idea of cost when asked so they have an idea of cost and can plan accordingly.We did go to the job initially and could not do the job due to a lack of an outlet near proposed shutoff location. *** *** then had us find the cause to his dishwasher leak, which ended up being that someone removed the dishwasher door seal Also we discovered the existing water heater pan was cracked. The owner decided to have us pull out existing year old water heater and replace the pan at the same time as the automatic shutoff was installedI even worked with *** *** to make sure I came the same day as the electrician as to save him the trip from coming to Connecticut multiple times or for an extended amount of timeI am very sorry for the miscommunication and will rectify the issue immediately
