sealed; I DID NOT tile the kitchen and this was not in my bid to do this; I showed her how to do it and what sealer to use;Tile to the Door - the door was not up when I finished tiling; I went to the line I was told to go to; She never mentioned this to me and I tiled to where I was told to go to;Grout cracking - this is not unusual on a new installation; She supplied the grout; I would have gone back and looked at this to see if anything needed to be done AND probably would have sealed her kitchen for her as a courtesy even though this was not in my bid if she would have been civil;When I called her back she called me a liar and told me I did not seal the bathroom (which she watched me do she knew how to do it) and started yelling at me so I did end the conversation/contact at that point;I brought the plumber in to fix her sink for her and do other plumbing in the house; The plumber put the faucet in and she called him and started yelling at him because what ever he did was now bringing ants into her house; He also refused to go back to the job; Issues with carpenter and drywaller and they refuse to go back;She has not been happy with anything anybody has done and has been rude and nasty; I feel I did the work I was paid to do and then some and do not owe her any more of my time;

We talked about grout sealing and I showed him the sealer I bought for the kitchen, but I never saw him seal any grout much less show me how. I had already used the sealer in the kitchen. I did not need showing.Tile to the Door - the door was not up when I finished tiling; I went to the line I was told to go to; She never mentioned this to me and I tiled to where I was told to go to;Yes the door was not up, and the line is where the door trim was to fit snug to the tile. The line is only on the one side (left) the right side has no line. The expectation was that the same distance would be on both sides. However, the left side fits tight to the door trim but the right has a ¼” gap between the tile and the door trim (which was pointed out to me, by the carpenter, when he was measuring for the door installation he had agreed to do) as evidenced by attached pictures. The plumber was scheduled to come over to check out but he hurt his hand over the weekend and couldn’t make it. Recovery was to be about a month. I called after that time to reschedule and now he is only responsible for the faucet and nothing else and he wasn’t coming out. Since that conversation I have had another plumber out and the sink was loosened from the countertop and that was the problem. Why would I loosen the countertop? If I could do that much I wouldn’t need a plumber. $300.00 later, I was very frustrated with the plumber.The drywaller and carpenter both left my home after finishing respective jobs, with all of us happy, saying they would be happy to do other jobs. She has not been happy with anything anybody has done and has been rude and nasty; I feel I did the work I was paid to do and then some and do not owe her any more of my time;Based upon references to unrelated jobs I can only conclude that the wool is being pulled over eyes to confuse the situation.…At this juncture I would prefer not to have Mr.Laridean return but to compensate me monetarily as stated in the resolution section.It should be noted that I am not asking Mr. Laridean to do the plumbing or other repairs. I’m only addressing issues with the tiling job. My relationship with other contractors is irrevelant.
