This client and her husband signed up for group training class in April of After a couple of classes, they decided that private would be a better option for them, so I agreed to apply their payment credit to the new private arrangements As privates are more expensive than group classes, they received quite a discount They then attended some private classes in the spring/summer of Every time we scheduled the the final class, a value of $remaining, the client cancelled This went on for months The reason given was always that they were "too busy" Nothing was ever said about a health issue I then received a text a few days ago, March 2017, stating that if they did not receive a refund, actions would be taken; this came after months of no communication I had offered many times to finish the course of classes and it is now almost a year later I told them that I would not be offering a refund for reasons of "not enough time" and now caring for her aged mother comes as reasons for not finishing, only to be followed at the time of this writing of cancerCoupling how long a time has lapsed and the lack of communication in an attempt to finish their classes when I have been available for months to keep the arrangements, I feel I have been very available and ready to assist this client and also very cooperative financially, therefore no refund of $will be given

I am rejecting this response because: I told the owner up front when we first met that I had breast cancer and would get tired in the classes So that is a lie right there to cover her butt Next, it was her suggestion about the private classes because of our unruly puppies Lie number Yes it was more expensive per the owner And we did try to make classes and I had many appts and she was hardly ever available when I was Lie number three Yes, I was bad at getting back to her but she knew all this about the cancer and my mother But, obviously that doesn't matterSo you would think with a supposedly good business you would step out your "holier than though" attitude and attempt to communicate with customers who pay good money for some good training But this owner seems to only care about herself and screw everyone else when they can't jump to the owners hoop So sad.Well, it is her word against mine and of course we know who will win, but at least Revdex.com knows that this company isn't worth the ink it is printed with
