I purchased a used transmission from Silverado sales with a 3month warrantyafter week of picking it up it still had the same issues as it did when I brought it inafter several attemps to try to remedy the situation they sent me to another shopThis shop told me the transmission was badI called up Silverado sales and they said it was not badAfter the mechanic that told me it was badthey worked out a deal with Silverado sales to rebuild it they were to return my original transmission to have rebuilt and I would pay the difference from what I already paidWhen I went to pick up my original transmission they gave me the wrong oneI stated to the gentleman that that was not the right transmission .to save argument I brought it to the mechanic and he confirmed it was not the right transmissionbut was going to rebuild it anyways but the price would go upat Silverado's expensenext they were suppose to supply a rebuilt transfer case which was part of the deal and sent over

I bought a used vehicle that was advertised as well as, verbally described as having no problems or issuesThe vehicle showed obvious signs of engine and transmission problems within 3hrs of deliveryDealer has not responded to emails or phone calls to resolve the issuesDealer said the vehicle had been checked and cleared by a certified mechanic, but when I had it checked the next day, there was a "high transmission pressure" code & the trans oil showed unusually high contaminationThe air intake was also making a whistling noise which was due to a poorly installed aftermarket shut-off valve that did not have gaskets to seal air leaksThe other issue was that the speedometer was off by 10%, so speed and mileage indications are also off by 10%Cost to fix these items has been approx$
This is either fraud or incompetence by the dealer in representing this vehicle as being in "excellent condition and needing nothing"

Review: On June 9, 2014, I paid for a service call to diagnose and describe the work needed to repair my washer as a requirement from my home insurance warranty company. In speaking with the technician [redacted], he explained that the issue was a bent basket causing the baffle to break off. Even if the baffle is replaced, the bent basket will continue to cause the baffles to break off, therefore, a new inner tub is required to solve the problem. [redacted] knew this was a second opinion required for my home warranty and agreed to speak to the home warranty company if they needed more information or had any questions about the repair. I submitted my documentation to the home warranty company as required on 6/9/14.

I received a call from the home warranty company within 24 hours confirming receipt of my email and documentation and they informed me that they will need an updated invoice to include the cost for the repair and would also like to speak with the technician. The warranty company told me I didn't need to do anything because they have already left a message with Anytime Appliance requesting the required information. I contacted the home warranty company on June 11th or 12th to get an update and was told that they had not received a call back and would try calling again.

I called Anytime Appliance on 6/13/14 and spoke with a [redacted] or [redacted] (female) that answers the calls. She told me that she received the message and would take care of the updated invoice and have the technician [redacted] contact the warranty company and she would call me back when it was done. She said she had been working that technician a lot this past week and that is the reason for the delay. I thanked her and ended the call. On 6/17 or 6/18, I called back and had to leave a message because I had not heard back as to whether the requested information was taken care of already. I left a detailed message and asked for a call back.

I called back on 6/20 expressing my concern with the issue not being resolved and my call not being returned to give me a status update. I again requested a call back with my detailed message and did not hear anything as of 6/24/14. That is the date I looked them up on the Revdex.com website and found their website address. I went to their website address and used the "Contact Us" option and sent them a very detailed email regarding my situation and explained that it was my last attempt to resolve my issue with them. As of today, June 26, I have not received an email or returned call. I have a copy of the detailed email I sent them but have yet to be in contact by anyone from Anytime Appliance. I am surprised by the lack of response and terrible customer service this time. My two repairs last year by them were great as was the customer service received.Desired Settlement: At this point as explained in my email, I would like a refund to put towards the payment of another company to come out and provide a similar service but with an invoice outlining the costs for the repair and to speak with my home warranty company to get approval for the repair (what Anytime said they would do but never did). I spoke with my home warranty company today and they directed me to find another contractor to diagnose, provide an estimate and speak with them before they leave to obtain the approval for the repair. I will have to pay for the estimate out of pocket again and seek reimbursement.
