we never received it) At this point, what we have done is submitted her refund request directly with someone who is in a position to process and expedite payment quickly Her refund request was submitted today (6/8/17) and will be mailed tomorrow She can expect to receive payment within 5-BUSINESS days We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
