Anytime Auto Glass and Tint

I have a 2000 Mercedes 430 CLK. I had some microchips in it and Jacksons Car Wash referred me to Anytime Auto glass. Due to its age, I knew this was going to be a 100% out of pocket expense. After review of Anytime on the Revdex.com, I felt confident in letting them do the work. I set up an appointment and they came out and installed a new piece of glass, they had to remove the rear-view mirror. After 1st glass installation it was clear the mounting bracket for the rearview mirror was mounted in the wrong place on the new glass. They told me I needed to wait a week, so the glue would dry and they would return and install a different piece of glass. They did this. However, after 3 hours they still couldn't get the mirror to fit correctly. They called in a 3rd installer who came over and worked on it for over an of hour and he to could not get the mirror installed correctly. I called Goody's Automotive who works exclusively on MBs and explained the issue. They informed the mirror was spring loaded and that if the installers weren't very careful when removing the mirror, it cannot be reused. They said this was a common problem and they said its well documented online which it is. After the third installer tried everything he called the owner Pat Boras. I explained to Pat that I was taking the car to Goody's he didn't object. So, I paid him for the glass $200.00 and stated we would settle up with him after I got the final bill. When Goodys told me the mirror was 620.00, I called Pat and the he immediately called Goodys. Unfortunately, he was very abrasive with them. He did call back and apologized for his rude dialog asking if he could come by the shop and see the bracket first hand. He was supposed to go to the shop following morning to see the glass for himself. He never showed up. They installed a new mirror anyway as I instructed them to. I Mr. to return the 200.00 I paid for the glass. he refused. I offered to pay for the 620.00 mirror but wanted him to just refund the cost of the glass and he refused to meet me anywhere in the middle.

I loved my experience with Anytime Auto Glass. I put off getting my windshield fixed for a long time. As soon as I met Rey, he passed me on to his staff and they made it a piece of cake to schedule, fix, and pay. I would highly recommend them!

Anytime Auto Glass is first class! I was running late, and the technician actually beat me to my home and happily waited. Not only do they do quality work, but the office staff was super helpful when my insurance company was not cooperating. They called the insurance company on my behalf and got it all straightened out. Very dependable and high integrity! Highly recommend!!

We had a crack in our windshield on our second car. Without glass insurance on this car, we contacted our insurance agent who recommended Anytime Auto Glass of Mesa. When contacted they quoted a reasonable price and scheduled the service in our driveway. The technician, Ray, called ahead, arrived on time, and serviced the windshield promptly and courteously.
We are very happy with our dealings with Anytime Auto Glass of Mesa, AZ and would recommend them highly to our friends and call them again. I hope we don't need another windshield, but we live in Arizona, and it seems to be a "semi-annual-event-thing" out here. Date of Replacement: 1-29-2018
