We did have staff turnover, so I don't have any proof that she didn't want to cancel However, when people sign up for auto-renewed contracts with us it clearly states that they need to submit their request to cancel in writing and we have a 30-day cancellation policyso any request will be set to cancel days after receipt of notice I have no receipt of notice that I can find I've reached out to Ms [redacted] requesting her to get that for me so I can handle it I have used your Revdex.com complaint as notice for cancel and marked her set to cancel If she would like a refund, she needs to talk with me and submit proof of her previous requests to cancel and I'll get her refunded right away Our staff are usually very good about handling these cancels promptly I feel bad if she was indeed strung along this long Best, Dave [redacted] copied and pasted from email

I do not except this response because Ms*** was committing insurance fraud by adding days that I "attended" the gym that I never haveWhich caused the insurance company to give me credits I should've never receivedI don't want to be apart of a company that is okay with committing fraudI also don't want to get in trouble for what they are doing at this gym
