Good Afternoon,I am responding to a complaint filed by [redacted] for Anytime Fitness located at [redacted] ***In regards to her personal training and contact with us We turned this over to our personal training Manager who reached out to her numerous times via email and phone We have records of all correspondence with Miss [redacted] She has not returned the calls or emails to my personal training manager We requested credit card statements to show the funds had been drafted.Upon receiving this complaint I called Miss [redacted] personally to let her know what we needed in hopes she will give us a call back She did not answer, and I left a voicemail.We always look to have good relationships with our members and will do everything in our power to make this right for Miss [redacted] I do however need her to work with us and give us the information requested to find resolutionThank You,Lauren F*
