would have no problem getting out of the contract. I let him know I would be graduating from college and moving an hour away. He reassured me it would not be a problem. When I contacted the business they are now telling me I am locked in for two years! If I refuse to pay it will ruin my credit. I am paying student loans and paying for a home. What am I supposed to do? I spent five years in college to try and make something of my life and anytime fitness is hurting my future! I was mislead, lied too and flat out ignored! They would not give me a phone number to call, only emails. This company is a joke and are taking advantage of young people trying to get started in life!Please find that she has signed all paperwork stating she understood our terms and conditions. I am rejecting this response because: the paper work was signed. However, when signing the paper work she told the manager she was moving and hour away and didn't want to be held to the full agreement. The manager responded and said that wouldn't be a problem. And for her to just bring in her change of address and he would cancel her contract at no additional cost. Now the manager is no longer there and the company will not honor the word of Their manager that they trusted with their company.
