[redacted] provided a note from her doctor describing her medical condition. The note did not advise against exercise, nor did it say that exercise would exacerbate the condition. For this reason, [redacted]'s cancellation request was not approved.
I followed up with [redacted] to let her know that if she provided appropriate documentation that exercise was contraindicated, that she would be released from her agreement. I have not received any further documentation from [redacted].

I understand their position, but the typing on the pad is very difficult to read. Under the circumstances, I have no choice but to continue the membership. But I WILL NEVER sign up at any health facility ever again. I will attend the facility in South St Paul instead. My husband is retiring in April and I was assured the membership fees would STOP THEN. If they do not, I will get our attorney involved. I understand THEIR position, but was NOT AWARE it was an 18 month obligation.

I just want to inform you that my claim against Anytime Fitness has been solved amicably. I just spoke with them this am, and they are putting a temporary freeze on the membership until we determine whether we can afford it or not, after hubby retires.
Please make a notation on the claim, that it has been solved. Thank you.
