Staff at this location has refused to refund the services for which I have not been served. They have revoked all access from every gym. But refuse to refund my payment as well. I did not break any rules other than questioning staff about revoked access and misinformation provided to me when I signed up the contract.
In response to Mr. *** complaint...He violated the terms of his contract multiple times in a 1 week span. He got combative with another Anytime Fitness location owner & essentially broke into another Anytime Fitness by tailgating on a member after hours. The verbiage per his agreement..."The CLUB retains the right to cancel or suspend the membership of any person for any reason. If such cancellation or suspension is made due to violation of the CLUB policies, violation of terms of this contract, or due to damage rendered by you or your guests, the CLUB retains the right to hold you responsible for the financial obligations of this contract. In the case where the facility or its contents are damaged, you will furthermore be responsible for the repair or replacement thereof."I am attaching a copy of Albert's contract that he signed for proof of this. Let me know if you have any questions.
They never contacted me on regards of this alegations, neither have shown proof that I was tailgating or breaking such policies. If this alegations can be proven by fisically showed positive ID. Then complaint can be resolved. And by refusing to confront with evidence of such alegations they are willingly and knowingly to abuse their policies in order to retain money for services not offered. They never offered to defuse any situation.
