We called Anytime in April to get a second opinion when one of our units wasn't cooling properly We knew from the first opinion that it probably need to be replaced (years old) John came out and inspected the unit, then agreed that replacement was advisable He gave us background about the company, including its status as a *** *** Partner which only a small percentage of Lennox dealers achieve Then he went over our options, taking into consideration things such as how long we planned to stay in the house He had a a binder w/laminated pages that helped me consider the two units that he recommended I liked that he actually gave us options and educated me on the units There was no pressure Then I discussed it with my husband and we chose a unit Two days later they installed it and it works very well We also signed up for the maintenance plan which is very reasonable and will keep the units running efficiently I couldn't be happier with this service provider

We have used Anytime for 7-years for regular maintenance - and our systems have worked very well Three years ago we replaced our upstairs unit with Anytime and a month ago, our downstairs unit The personnel have always acted professionally and with great care of our property

I met Jon while he was on his lunch break and told him what the problem was I called and requested that he come check my unit and the customer service rep that answered the phone was very friendlyWe scheduled the appointment and Jon was able to determine that it was the motor head on my blower motor and not the entire thing that needed to be replaced, saving me almost $I am very pleased with this company and their service

My AC started blowing warm air...on a Friday night of course! The company I had used in the past was no longer available I looked on the Revdex.com site and was impressed with the excellent reviews for Anytime Heating and Cooling Gave them a call Saturday morning about 8:All possible charges were explained and there was a technician at my home by 10: He was very professional - quickly found and fixed the problem He checked out my AC completely and took the time to give me lots of helpful information that I did not know about it Could not be more pleased with the service provided by this company and their technician Fast, professional service at a reasonable price I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future

In January our gas furnace stopped working. I called Anytime to check my system, and they discovered that the heat exchanger had cracks that was allowing flames to escape and caused the system to overheat and burn out one of the high temp sensors. They were able to show me exactly the issues and demonstrated to me the flames escaping and explained in detail what my options were, along with cost for each option. We elected to go to a high efficiency heat pump system that allowed us to save heating and cooling costs. Anytime also assisted us with the rebate from our power company to help offset the costs. Technicians were very professional and worked quickly to restore heat back to our home. We had them install a smart thermostat and they showed me how to program it to take advantage of the new features that also helped us save on heating and cooling costs by taking advantage of the smart features on our new system. I would highly recommend Anytime to anyone needing someone to work on their HVAC system. Very satisfied with this local company!
